Refund Policy
§1 General Policy
At PPPM Academy, we want you to feel confident when purchasing one of our courses. If you're not satisfied or change your mind, we offer a refund under the conditions outlined below.
§2 Eligibility for a Refund
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase.
- Refunds are only available if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. This includes watching videos, downloading materials, or marking lessons as completed.

Refunds are not available for:
- Courses purchased more than 14 days ago.
- Bundles or discounted packages unless otherwise stated.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Live sessions, in-person trainings, or events with fixed dates (unless canceled by us).
§3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at mark@pmcowboy.com and include the following:
- Your full name
- Email address used to register
- Order number (if available)
- The course or program you’d like a refund for
- Brief explanation for your request (optional, but helps us improve)
§4 Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
§5 Exceptions and Special Cases
- If you believe you were charged in error or encountered a technical issue that prevented course access, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
- We may refuse refund requests from users who repeatedly seek refunds without valid reasons or in violation of our Terms of Service.
